A Formal Affair reserves the right to make changes without notice or warning and effective immediately. It is your responsibility to be aware of the Terms & Conditions, and to only use the site if you are compliant.

Refunds & Returns

Standard gowns are offered a five (5) day return and refund policy for online orders.  Gowns can be returned for a refund of the dress cost minus a 15% restocking fee unless the gown is faulty. See our Returns Policy for further information.

Stock Availability

Sometimes an item shown to be available online may have recently run out of stock. Although we make every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock. If it b becomes known that an  item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. Based on your preference, you can choose to cancel and refund that particular item, your entire order or can swap for another item and pay any remaining balance.

Production & Delivery Times

Any custom or made to order gowns will only be processed and put into production once a full payment has been received. Items that are in stock will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

Items that are in-stock are dispatched effective immediately however pre-orders or made to order items may be dispatched at different times depending on production rates.

Any rush order delivery times are indicative, and not guaranteed. The additional fee enables your order to be priority in production and the best efforts will be made to have your order to you within the indicated time frame.

Delivery times stated do not account for any unexpected delays from Customs, natural disasters, and third party freight providers.
